Let us know if your speeds improve and I'll do the same. Let's see how the download speeds are in the next few days like GWnALA has suggested. one minute it's 1.5 Mbps then it'll jump to 75 Mbps then up to 145 Mbps then drops back down to pitiful. I notice that sometimes my download rate on the Xbox while pulling down a game is all over the map. I have to agree with everyone's opinion here as I'm sure the Microsoft Xbox servers are probably getting roasted this weekend due to the holidays and everyone using their new game boxes.

My 5 GHz wireless signal is at 100% on the Xbox. I've also tried connecting the console via Ethernet directly from the Pace and have tested with 2.4 and 5 GHz wireless too. I've got all FW ports for the Xbox open for natting on my Pace 5286ac gateway, I've also disabled IPv6, and have set the primary and secondary DNS server settings on the Xbox to Google DNS servers.

I'm getting incredible speeds on all of my devices but just haven't been able to on my Xbox at all when downloading games.

I had GigaPower fiber 1 GB service installed recently this past Christmas eve day and am experiencing the exact same issue with my Xbox One as you are.
